Terms of use

Last updated: 6 April 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the website operated at Forcefloraai.world (“we”, “us”). They are governed by the laws of Ireland. By using the site you confirm that you accept these terms. If you disagree, you should not use the site.

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), nothing in these terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under Irish and EU law, including where applicable the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and related regulations.

1. Informational and editorial purpose

Content offers general editorial lifestyle information about winding down after paid work and organising home time. It is not professional, medical, psychological, nutritional, fitness, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified practitioner. We do not present this material as a way to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. For decisions that affect your health, safety, or legal position, seek appropriate qualified advice.

3. Acceptable use and Irish criminal and civil law

You must use the site lawfully. Without limitation, you must not: upload or transmit malware; attempt unauthorised access to our systems or third-party systems; interfere with the site’s operation; harvest data through automated means beyond ordinary personal browsing; harass, threaten, or defame others; or use the site for fraud or other offences.

Relevant Irish legislation includes, as applicable, the Criminal Justice (Offences Relating to Information Systems) Act 2017, the Non-Fatal Offences against the Person Act 1997, and the Defamation Act 2009. We may report suspected offences to An Garda Síochána and cooperate with authorities. We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been breached.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website’s text compilation, layout, and original graphics belong to the publisher and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (Ireland) and international treaties. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from substantial parts of the site without our prior written consent. Hot-linking or embedding large media assets in a way that burdens our infrastructure without permission is not allowed.

5. Third-party links and embeds

Maps or CDNs are provided for convenience. Their operators have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party content you access through those tools.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We aim for accurate, current wording yet do not warrant error-free operation on every device or browser. Technical interruptions may occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of—or inability to use—the site or any linked third-party services, except where such exclusion is prohibited.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law (including, for consumers, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 where applicable). If you are a consumer, any contractual term that would be unfair under the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 27 of 1995) does not bind you.

8. Privacy and cookies

Processing of personal data follows the privacy policy and cookie policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of reasonable changes. Material updates will be dated at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another law.

Subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers in your country of residence, the Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA Member State, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where such rights are granted to you under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast) or equivalent rules.

11. Dispute resolution (consumers)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumer disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use a particular ADR body for this informational website but will consider good-faith attempts to resolve issues when you contact us first.

12. Regulatory and trade compliance

We aim to present accurate general information. The site is not an e-commerce marketplace; if we offer paid services in future, additional terms and pre-contractual information required by Irish and EU consumer law will be provided before purchase.

13. Advertising and third-party networks

We may display third-party advertising (for example through Google Ads or similar programmes) where permitted by law and by the policies of those networks. Advertisers are responsible for their own ad content and landing pages. We do not control third-party sites you reach after clicking an ad. Platform rules (including Google’s Advertising policies) apply in addition to Irish and EU consumer and data-protection law.

Use of cookies or similar technologies for advertising or measurement is described in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Where Irish and EU law require consent for non-essential cookies, we seek it through our cookie banner. Advertising platforms apply their own eligibility rules (including for healthcare-related topics); we aim to keep editorial content within ordinary lifestyle publishing so that destinations remain compliant.

Non-binding marketing standards in Ireland include self-regulatory guidance from the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) (asai.ie); we aim to present our own promotional material honestly. Complaints about third-party ads are normally directed to the relevant network or, where appropriate, ASAI.
